GorillaJits—The weight in the TSC varied between the 24 and 32kg for men. Completing the TSC style snatch test with the 20 or 24kg several times is encouraged before trying anything heavier.

Greetings Brett. Got some questions regarding the TSC Peaking Program and the SSST Prep Program.
1. In TSC Peaking Program, what level of effort should we use with the OTM sessions, the relaxed and explosive 50%, or the AXE 80%+?
2. In TSC Peaking Program, is the length of the OTM sessions decided by the talk test?
3. In TSC Peaking Program, Glycolytic Session 1, how to calculate the current 5min max pace? I am assuming that this can be decided by the 5 min test at the end of Plan 523A, but I am not certain.
4. In SSST Prep Program, what level of effort should we use? I would think that Wednesdays are AXE level effort and Mondays and Fridays test level effort, but I am not certain.

Luwuwu—question 1—80% I believe, question 2—loss of rep speed, tempo, or technique change (talk test not as much in peaking plan), question 3—Yes, use the test from the end of plan 523A, question 4—50% "explosive"
