Access Codes allow you to add a course to your personal library. Click one of the "Redeem Access Code" buttons that are in several places on the site. Enter your access code and follow the steps.

Yes, in many cases you can give your Access Code to someone else. It is important to note that each Access Code can only be redeemed once so if you give it away you will not be able to use it yourself.

There are a few simple steps to follow to purchase a course for a friend:
  1. Gift Purchaser: Register on Strongfirst.Skilltrain.com (Completely free)
  2. Confirm Email
  3. Log in and add course to cart by going to Strongfirst.Skilltrain.com/Kettlebell and clicking "add course to cart"
  4. The end of the purchase process will give an "Access Code"
  5. Send "Access Code" to friend
The friend will be able to redeem the Access Code which will add the course to their permanent online library.

The online course curriculum was built directly from the curriculum of the respective one-day (in-person) Course. StrongFirst’s Director of Education worked with each presenting Instructor in order to provide the best possible explanations, progressions, and visual demonstrations to help you learn this top-tier content, right from your home.

There is no set number. We'll follow the direction of our students and try to address the areas of most need.

No. The site is built using Responsive Design. This allows it to format itself to all devices without the need for special downloads. It is always current without the need for updates to your device.

Apply online through the gym application on StrongFirst.SkillTrain.com and pay the application fee. The StrongFirst administration will evaluate your application and upon approval you will become an Accredited StrongFirst Gym.

The evaluation process will take a few weeks.

Yes.

It is likely that you would not be able to. We want the facility to be a StrongFirst accredited gym. If you are not present at the facility, then an incoming member would not see the StrongFirst principles.

We want the facilities to be of the highest standard. As an accredited gym, we feel comfortable sending people to you. Thus, the application process is a bit tougher and we have a panel of people to review and approve the gym.
