Additional Information

1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Kettlebells, Barbells, Bodyweight - mainly Strength classes utilizing all three for strength training and then kettlebells for conditioning. Some powerlifting and HIIT training.

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
For a small group class, we run starting strength, 5, 3, 1 or a hypertrophy program for strength with kettlebell complexed a the end as well as body weight supplemental lifts. For personal training, it's 100% customized.

Small Group: Strength classes and HIIT classes, Kettlebell 101 (skills class). 2 Private intro sessions for every member so we can teach them the basics before jumping into a class. Personal training for Strength and Conditioning. Muay Thai (small group and private)

The average is 25-35, professionals, many creative professions like graphic designers, writers, actors, etc. Although our oldest member is a 65-year-old local dentist and our youngest is a 18-year-old in college.

Six barbells of various styles (men and women) + clips Four weight benches Lots of bumper plates (and plate storage), mostly Rogue, some metal for heavy deadlifts. Safety bars, dip station ad-ons, lat pull ad-ons.
