1. StrongFirst Qualifications
SFG II (certified since 2011) Assisted 5 x SFG Certifications Hosted and Assisted two Kettlebell Courses with Karen Smith SFB course completion Pn1 Former Professional Muay Thai Fighter with over 25 fights.

2. Affiliate Qualifications
Since opening in 2011, we have sent eight coaches to get SFG certified, one to the SFL and two to the SFG II cert. Nine of eleven coaches passed on certification weekend.

3. Other Qualifications
In addition to strength training, we also offer professional Muay Thai coaching. However, unlike most Muay Thai gyms, our strength program is equally strong, and the ratio of strength classes to Muay Thai classes on the schedule is equal because we believe that strength is essential to all humans.

1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Kettlebells, Barbell/Powerlifting, Bodyweight Training and Muay Thai. Small-group strength, Muay Thai and HIIT classes

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
In our small-group strength classes, we run Starting Strength, 5, 3, 1 or a hypertrophy programs with bodyweight accessory lifts and kettlebell complexes for conditioning. For personal training, programming is 100% customized.

The average student is 25-35. We train many professionals in creative work, such as graphic designers, writers, actors, and photography. However, we are welcoming to all types of open-minded people looking for a supportive community to train in. Our oldest member is a 65-year-old local dentist and our youngest is an 18-year-old in college.
