James Lloyd Personal trainer of 4 years, but has been working in the leisure industry for 10 years in roles such as Life Guard, Swim teacher and Duty manager. James teaches a variety of classes and 1-1 session at the Engine House. Katy Bevan Full time swimming teacher currently, her background is in Bio Chemistry. Katy teaches a couple of Kettlebell session and a barbell class every week at the Engine House Gym Jon Benn Retired businessman who has focused his attention on getting stronger. Jon is currently coaching barbell three times per week.

We currently run, Barbell, Kettlebells and are hoping to introduce Body weight class very soon.

Currently we follow Strongfirst programming such a Simple and Sinister, Rite of Passage and use Plan Strongplan for Private Session. Recently I have started several students on the Reload program. We are also in the process of introducing a beginners program which based upon Pavel Macek article on beginner group program.
