Additional Information

1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Lots of coaches so lots of disciplines but Strongfirst is the foundation for much of the current teams ideas. The current core team has attended 2 strongfirst certs together one in Chicago and one in Utah. Both of which have been extremely formative for us as a team. We incorporate what we learned at our certs into nearly all of our disciplines and programming. Our gym has very few machines. Mostly free weights, tons of barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells.

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
We create programs for nearly every partner at the gym. Currently sitting at close to 400 partners, close to 1/2 of our partners are class attendees. We limit our classes to 12 to ensure high level coaching, and we use the KB's quite a bit.

3. Listing of services / classes offered at your facility
We offer classes, semiprivate, private, at home, and online training. All of which we hold to a very high standard. Our current classes are: -Ladies lift: Focuses on helping women to get stronger in an environment where kids are welcome, and they can push one another. -Lift and live (blends ATG, Strongfirst principles, and a little bit of the classics to improve clients mobility, strength, and power simultaneously) -Faith and Fitness: Marshalls follow along class, draws extensively from Strongfirst and his many other certifications. A very powerful class. -Elite Fitness: Morgan's flagship program. One stop shop for all your fitness needs, strength, power, endurance, and skills. -Olympic Weightlifting: Matt's class, gotten incredible results for his client's backsquats at the last summit, but focuses on improving olympic weightlifting skills. We also have a brand new kids program that ranges from 5-18 years old. We are dividing classes by age soon. Matt and Morgan write the curriculum alongside Zoe and draw from a number of sources. Bodyweight cert has been informative to how we can help kids be stronger and more confident in their growing bodies. Amenities: Accountability Portal, Cold Plunge, Cold towels, showers, Infared Sauna, Powerplate vibration device.

4. Demographics of gym users
Ranges from 3 (not kidding) to 84 years old. A healthy blend of all athletes in all ranges due to our extensive skillset amongst our coaches.

5. Ideal students
We take them all, ideal students vary based on which coach sees them. We try to funnel our partners appropriately. The one commonality in our students is that they are ready to take their health very seriously.
