Managed by French Team Leader Thomas Cerboneschi, La Kave is a small gym in Paris offering personal training in small groups, 100% StrongFirst. 

Located in the Center of Paris, in Montparnasse, the studio is in the basement of a real estate agency. The gym offers StrongFirst education for beginners or experienced athletes, as well as personal programming for various sports (always based on SF's principles). 

Team Leader & manager Thomas Cerboneschi is also the physical trainer of the French wrestling team at INSEP.
