We have kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells. There are also pull-up bars, suspensio trainers, powerracks, a battlerope, parralel bars and a truck tyre.

Focus will be 30+. We believe they will have the structure in their lives to be able to participate mostly semi-personal training classes. Outside of that we have senior fit for everyone above 50 years old. With Krav Maga and BodyBalance we believe we are able to attract people from all ages.
