1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Strong First methodes and System for kettlebell Classes. For Barbell Additionaly to SFL standards we use weightlifting classes.

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
Many different sources... Mostly SF cycles... S&S or Total Tension based. Also different KB Complex bases cycles... It depends on the group and the period where the given group is. Basic / Intermediate / Advanced Group, or only KB classes or "mixed" classes where the group may use barbells and osuspension traning equpments. Also on Rehabilitation classes our specialists use different methods that was learned on the University of Medicine and specialty courses. On Strength and Conditioning train

Currently 7-75 .. Most of our users are students and office workers from 20-55. approx 40% women and 60% man. We have only group calsses or private classes. Open Gym is not an option in our Gym. A qualified coach have to teach in every class.

Whoever can join to us at least twice a week and who want to train not only hard, but rather smart.
Training Equipment at Use in Your Gym Currently

1. Kettlebells (brands, sizes, quantity)
360Gym from different series as some are 10+ years old and some are brand new (the 360gym brand is owned by Peter Lakatos Master SFG as far as I know) We have from 4 kg till 80kg everything. The most bells are between 6-48kg... approximately 3+ tons of kettelbells. I can send over a picture about how they are stored and how many of them are ;). Also see the video where I show the racks.

2. Pull-up bar (yes / no)
yes. a lot. Fixed in every room. usable for smaller (150cm) and higher people (210+) as the bares are on different height.

3. Barbell Equipment (bars, weights, racks, etc.)
5 sets . 3 man (20kg) 2 women bar (15kg). All are Again Faster Competition bar with 500kg of bumpers. 5 racks for them. Platform ready for weightlifting (you can drop the weight in our gym.)

4. Other Equipment
TRX, MedBall, Ring, AbWheels, Boxes, benches, many different elastic bands, ropes, jump ropes...
