1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
We use StrongFirst methodology and principals in ALL of our training, including SFG, SFL, SFB, Strong Endurance and Plan Strong. All members are screened with FMS and given exercises based on their FMS priority, and re-screened periodically.

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
All training sessions, whether group or semi-private follow a periodized training program. Our programs are either programs taken directly from SFG, SFL, SFB, Plan Strong, Strong Endurance, or other StrongFirst material such as S&S, or they are programs we have created ourselves based on those principles.

3. Listing of services / classes offered at your facility
We teach small group strength, endurance, yoga and martial arts classes. Classes are generally no larger than 10 to 12 people at a time. Our most popular offering is semi-private training, where our members work with no more than 4 people per coach, and train on a customized program that is written for their goals and FMS priorities. We also offer special team trainings for events like the TSC. Nutrition support is available to all our members with our Precision Nutrition Coach.

We train men and women of all ages - from 23 to 86! Anyone willing to approach their training with a positive attitude and desire to learn is a welcome addition to our community!

Kettlebells USA and RKC Brand. All sizes ranging from 4.5kg to 48kg. We have multiple bells of each size, with plenty 12kg, 16kg, 20kg and 24kg that see the most action. Around 115 bells in total.

Yes! Many at different heights.
