We offer Group and Private sessions. We launch new programming every 10-12 weeks that is centered around training our membership for TSC in Oct and April. Mondays consist of Athletic Conditioning, Tuesdays/Thursdays are Kettlebells only, Wednesdays and Fridays are focused on the Barbell Powerlifts (Deadlift, Press, Squat, Bench). We have an on-ramp program that all new members must take. They are spread over 6 1hr sessions covering all the main KB exercises we perform in group classes and at

The ones who are ok laughing at themselves and can carry a sense of humor and then know when to get focused.

We have 16 Barbells (6 @ 45# and 10 at 35#). We have 5 squat racks with benches. We have 20 pairs of 45#, 35#, 25#, 15#, 10#, 5#, 2.5# and one pair of 100# plates.

Pull-Up Rogue Rig, Turf with Sled, Wall Balls, Slam Balls, TRX, Dumbbells, Maces, Clubs.
