We are a martial arts academy with an international reputation in muay Thai, as well as respected pekiti tirsia kali, judo and Brazilian jiu jitsu programs. Originally implemented to support these programs, our strength training program is now also a stand-alone reason that students train at Five Points Academy.

Our martial arts programming follows the teaching of the organizations and masters we have studied under. Our strength training follows StrongFirst principles for kettlebell, bodyweight and barbell in both group and private instruction.

As a general idea, each week we offer 40+ muay Thai, 15+ BJJ/Judo, 7 kali, 35 strength training (primarily kettlebell, but also barbell, bodyweight, TRX, sandbag, Indian Clubs) group classes. We also provide personal training in all modalities.

We have students as young as 5 years old, as old as 70. Our population is comprised of people of all ethnic backgrounds, races, orientations, vocations, genders -- it's New York City:)
