Mike Humphreys Michael spent over 4 years in the Army with operational experience with the 5th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. Whilst in the Army, Michael completed Vehicle Driver and Commander Courses as well as a Combat First Aider Course. Michael left the Army in November 2011, starting work as a Medic and Fire Fighter for mine sites around Northern WA. He completed a Certificate IV in Pre-Hospital Care as well as a Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue. Michael

1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Hardstyle Method has an advanced training philosophy that focuses primarily on the Tactical Strength Challenge (TSC) and the Secret Service Snatch Test (SSST). Harstyle kettlebell snatching is what we do best but also offer certain barbell progressions and calisthenics.

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
Easy Strength and Strong Endurance along with Tim's own programming methods from a 10 year obsessioin with the kettlebell snatch.

3. Listing of services / classes offered at your facility
Membership is by application only and we do conduct a series of initiation tests to ensure all new members can achieve our baseline standards. Training in this method is purely 1 to 1 and by appointment only.

4. Demographics of gym users
We are a small community and cap our membership to a maximum of 30 students. Hardstyle Method is an all Male training environment with ages varying from early 30's through early 50's.

5. Ideal students
Men who are willing to learn and evolve. Men who are wanting to become a part of a conscious community and contribute by committing to their goals and never taking backwards steps in the face of challenge. If you aren't interested in competing in the TSC or demolishing the Secret Service Snatch test then this gym may not be for you.
