Ensuring each person that enters our doors learns to move the way the body was intended to perform, we teach smart body mechanics and focus attention to high quality movement. Rapid Results Fitness instructors have undergone the world’s most rigorous kettlebell training program—StrongFirst Kettlebell certification. Betsy Collie, owner and head instructor, is a Senior SFG Instructor, appointed by Pavel Tsatsouline. This ensures you the highest quality of instruction.
