Hardstyle Strength is a semi private training studio in Portland OR. Specializing in Barbells and Kettlebells. We offer classes and 1 on 1 instruction to insure you are working on skills for your level and ability. Functional Movement Screenings are used for every member to identify areas of needed improvement and to prescribe effective personalized programming. Gym access during hours of operation are included with membership.

1 on 1 instruction Our classes use a colored bracelet level system based on the amount of quality movements a student can demonstrate. Our Pre Requisite class teaches our students the fundamentals and graduation is required to move into in our 101 class where they can practice the level 1 skills. Upon graduation they are able to enroll into our 201 class where they will be Introduced to level 2 skills. Students are all FMS Screened Prior to enrollment in class and have their movements restricted accordingly.
