Iron Monkey Strength has a mission to bring strength and sustainable fitness to communities by helping them learn and master safe and effective lifting techniques. We offer Small Group training, called Strength Squad, that runs 3-4 times a week. The classes always work on 4-9 week, progressive training programming, that help our students to learn, get stronger, feel better, and live healthier. We are supportive and accepting training space, and just love helping people find their inner superpower.
In addition we offer 1:1 private coaching, that will custom tailor programming and sessions to meet your specific goals and needs.
Finally, all of our students have the opportunity to earn Open Lifting Privileges, which allows them to come into the gym during non class times and lift without having an appointment or class.
