Industrial Strength

We believe everyone deserves to feel strong - and helping people get strong is our specialty.  We offer 1:1 personal training, group-based strength training classes, as well as a full Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program.  The owners, Mira & Tony Gracia, are both StrongFirst Certified Senior Instructors and StrongFirst Certified Elite Instructors.  Mira is also an international level master's weightlifter, and Tony is a BJJ black belt who competes at national and international level tournaments.

Industrial Strength has had strong ties with StrongFirst since it opened in 2013, and is proud to be the original StrongFirst Accredited Gym in Oregon.
