Our specialty is perfecting the kettlebell basics and correcting breathing mechanics but we also specialise in strength and conditioning for grappling and military. No prior fitness or experience levels necessary. We are all ordinary people that learn to do extraordinary things with our bodies.

Tim Almond, Senior SFG certified instructor, is a former 13-year member of the Royal Australian Navy’s Elite Clearance Diving Teams, Tim has operational experience from both Afghanistan and the North Arabian gulf.
