Kettlebells, Barbells, and Body-weight are the main modalities/ disciplines we use in our everyday training plans for a our one-on-one, small group, and large group programs. We occasionally teach specialty programming for certain groups with grip training, steel bending, and strength sports.

We run programming blocks of 8-12 weeks in our classes utilizing programs and concepts from our StrongFirst manuals, Easy Strength, S&S, Q&D and Plan Strong Manual.
