1. Training modalities / disciplines in use at your gym currently
Physical Therapy, Sports Performance, and bodyweight principles and exercises. We have recently added barbell training. (Mostly introducing students to the deadlift)

2. Programming in use for private or group classes
Programming is mostly for GPP. Classes include movement prep and mobility. Strength training revolves around hinging, squatting, pressing, pulling, carrying, rotation. Balance and breathing are incorporated as well as interval training. Programming varieties include easy strength format, PTTP and Plan Strong.

Our Functional Strength and Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to restore movement and teach the basics of kettlebell training. Advance Kettlebell Class introduces double kettlebell practice, complexes and more advanced skills Physical Therapy Return to Play for Athletes recuperating from injury or surgery (through Physical Therapy) Bootcamp class Sports Performance for middle school and high school athletes

Adult classes are mostly working adults ranging from 40 something to 70, mostly female, middle to upper middle class Sports Performance is mostly middle school females, softball players.

30-50 y/o men and woman, middle to upper middle class.

Mostly Perform Better kettlebells ranging from 8, 8K's to pair of 48K, some Rogue and Kettlebell USA KB's. Approximately 100 kettlebells currently.
